Book of Memories Donation Form
The Oregon Trail Community Foundation’s Book of Memories is a wonderful way to remember someone who has been important in your life, or the life of a friend or business associate. All entries are welcome, and will promptly be recorded in this historic book as a memorial to the deceased. The Book of Memories is on display at Riverstone Bank, at 2002 Broadway, Scottsbluff, Nebraska and on our website.
Donations in memory of your loved ones will support community projects, charitable organizations and worthy causes. Your loved one's name, date of birth and date of death will be memorialized in the "Book of Memory"
A minimum donation of $25.00 is recommended.
